In this experiment, we are going to see plants ability of absorbing carbon dioxide. As you know, lime water becomes white when the lime react with carbon dioxide. We will expect that plants can absorb carbon dioxide in this experiment.

leaves, 2 plastic bottles, water, straw and lime( 10g for each plastic bottle) .

Use straw and try to breath into the plastic bottles.

Even if water becomes white, stop the blowing.

Put leaves in plastic bottle only the other one. Then, close the bottle caps (both bottles)

Leave bottles for 1 day.
